Cancellation & Refund Policy for TapWithAdX
Pre-Delivery Cancellation
You may cancel your order within [2days] of placing it, for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.
To cancel, you must contact us via adxmedianfc@gmail.com with your order number.
Post-Delivery Returns / Refunds
If items are defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return within 7 – 10 working days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (e.g., custom NFC cards, made-to-order products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval (or rejection) of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs or other charges may or may not be refunded, depending on the case (you should specify your policy here).
Replacement / Exchange
If a product is damaged in transit or incorrect, we will replace it (subject to availability).
Contact us within 7 – 10 working days of delivery to claim replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it’s processed, first check your bank or payment provider.
Then contact us at adxmedianfc@gmail.com with your refund confirmation / order details.
Deductions
We may deduct payment gateway fees, shipping costs, or GST (if applicable) from refunds – if this is in line with what you commit in your policy.
Note: Under Indian e-commerce rules, you must provide a refund if goods are “defective, deficient or spurious, or … not of the characteristics … as advertised” or delivered late
